Learn more about Lucy Ferreira Rempel’s musical journey.
Lucy is a classical pianist and has, throughout her career, played in important concert halls in Brazil, Australia and the United States. She has a Master's Degree in Music (Piano) from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and has also stood out as a magnificent arranger.
One of her main specialties is working in both classical and sacred repertoire with versatility and refinement, as well as been able to perform with excellence in both theaters/concert halls and in churches.
Besides being a concert performer and an arranger, she also dedicates time to helping pianists to achieve a better and more effective piano playing. She has great experience in teaching students of all levels and also in collaborating with piano teachers to perfecting their skills. She is frequently invited to participate in congresses and music festivals in several Brazilian cities, where she gives workshops and lectures on many topics related to performance, piano accompaniment and arrangements.
She has performed as a soloist in important Brazilian orchestras, such as the Brazilian Symphony, São Paulo University (USP) Symphony, and the Symphonic Orchestra of the Brazilian Conservatory of Music.

INTERNATIONAL CAREER
In the US, she worked as a piano faculty at Pensacola Christian College (Florida) and also performed at Pensacola Recital Hall.
In Australia, she taught Piano at Somerton Baptist Church, in Adelaide, and in that same city she gave solo recitals in concert halls such as St. Mark's College and Jurlique Recital Hall, in addition to several recitals promoting her CD.
CURRENTLY
In Brazil, she has performed and shared her arrangements in churches across the country and, through her music, many have turned to God and dedicated their lives to Him. Lucy considers this to be one of her main goals when she creates and performs, and states that her musical artristy is an expression of her love and gratitude to the Lord.
He himself has been her great source of inspiration for every arrangement she produces and for every lecture or piano performance.
